Seeking a Web Designer on Project work basis for Merilist.com

Looking for a Web Designer for short, quick projects with a quick turnaround. The web designer should have expertise in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. If the person also knows Javascript, that is a plus. We are working on building Merilist.com - a portal for various services in local communities. We have the basic website up, but we are looking for a Web Designer who is a self-starter. The person should have strong technical skills and should be able to understand the requirements and suggest and develop web designs that are visually appealing and functionally effective. In addition to MeriList, we plan to launch additional projects soon. So we are looking for a designer who is entrepreneurial and hungry to work and build on more projects. The compensation will depend on the level of expertise. This role will pay either hourly or project-based pay. The work is expected to be intermittent. So if you are looking for a side gig, we would love to speak with you and build a long-term working relationship.
